Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for the Cnykra subscription — the monthly fee you pay Cnykra Technologies for the platform. It does not cover refunds a hotel guest may be owed for their booking; guest booking refunds are the hotel’s own policy, processed through the hotel’s own connected Razorpay account.

1. The free trial

The 14-day trial is free — no card is required to start, and you may cancel at any time before it ends at no charge.

2. Monthly subscription billing

After the trial, the Services are billed monthly in advance, in Indian Rupees, via Razorpay auto-debit. A GST tax invoice is issued for each billing period.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard, or by writing to connect@cnykra.com. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not itself trigger a refund for the current period.

4. No partial-month or pro-rata refunds

If you cancel partway through a paid month, we do not issue a partial-month or pro-rata refund for the unused portion — your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

5. When a refund is issued

Refunds are issued only where Cnykra fails to deliver the Service — a material, Cnykra-caused failure to provide the subscribed functionality — assessed case-by-case. Refunds are not issued for a change of mind, non-use of the Services, or issues arising from a hotel’s own configuration, integrations, or third-party services (OTAs, WhatsApp, AI providers).

6. How to request a refund

Write to connect@cnykra.com describing the issue. We will review the request and respond within [CONFIRM: response timeline]. Approved refunds are issued to the original Razorpay payment method.

7. GST treatment

Where a refund is approved for a period already invoiced, Cnykra issues a credit note referencing the original tax invoice, consistent with GST rules governing credit notes.
